The Optimill® is motorless and is driven forward by the force of your foot while your body is held in place by a shock-absorbent Slastix resistance band attached to a steel spine.
While running on the Optimill®, the wireless Polar HR monitor mounted in front helps you track your speed in real time, along with your heart rate, distance, and more.

Its smooth motion is powered by your pace, slowing and stopping at the same time as you. The strap holding you in place is also designed for shock-absorbency with our Slastix resistance band technology.
Versatile training potential.
Using the Optimill® with other equipment, you can vary the resistance when you run by strapping in by your shoulders, waist, or chest. You can even operate the Optimill® while the strap is on a wrist or ankle to help with gait correction.
The design of the Optimill® keeps it low-profile and far easier in terms of portability than conventional treadmills. Weighing only 220 pounds—50 pounds lighter than the average treadmill—the Optimill® is capable of easy movement so you can set it up anywhere.
