How long does Stroops warranty its products?

All metal fabricated products, such as our anchoring systems and plyo boxes, carry a 5-year frame warranty and a 1-year wear and tear part warranty.
Stroops “soft goods” carry a 6-month commercial warranty and a 1-year home use warranty.

Does Stroops ship products Internationally?

We do ship Internationally through our E-commerce store, but all shipping costs will be paid by the buyer and not refunded in-case of returns.
All commercial International shipping requests are done on a case by case basis and require you to be a dealer or distributor with Stroops. Please call the Stroops Customer Service department for International and Canadian shipping rates and availability.

Orders refused at the delivery point will be charged a 15% restock fee.
