We’re switching up our focus from the Son of the Beast Pro to our Fit Stik Pro for the next few episodes. This week we’re also featuring Hyperwear’s SandBell to mix things up. For this workout, you will need a Fit Stik Pro, two Slastix, Hyperwear’s SandBell and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.

The Workout

This is a super functional workout that will hit your full body. We’re changing the work and rest ratio back to 30 seconds of work with 15 seconds of rest. Repeat these five moves six times through to complete the workout, resting for a minute after each round.

Start using Stroops in your training

Exercises

Shuffle Row // 30 seconds

Scissor Chop // 30 seconds

Single Leg Romanian Deadlift (RDL) // 30 seconds

Single Leg RDL (other side)  // 30 seconds

Wall Ball // 30 seconds
