Workout of the Week – Ep 24
Each week, Stroops brings you a resistance band workout with a healthy mix of functional training. We will be using the Stroops VITL Kit for the next four episodes. Go catch up if you missed last weeks workout. If you’re all caught up, lets get into it. For this workout, you will need a VITL Kit and a sturdy anchor. If you don’t have something to anchor to, check out our anchoring options.
This workout is a full body conditioning workout. It is short and sweet, but very effective. You will have 30 seconds of work per exercise with 15 seconds of rest in between. Try and go hard as you can during each 30 second session, while maintaining good form. Repeat this 5 times to complete the workout.

(15 second rest between each exercise)
– Side Plank // 30 seconds
– Traveling Push-Ups // 30 seconds
– Deceleration Lunge // 30 seconds
– Side Plank (other side) // 30 seconds
– Traveling Push-Ups (other side) // 30 seconds
– Broad Jumps // 30 seconds
