We are back to using the Son of the Beast Pro in this weeks workout! Throw a roll-out-ladder in the mix and you have what you need for this workout. If you missed last week’s workout, go catch up.

The workout

This is a conditioning workout with an upper body focus. You will perform each of the four moves for 3-6 rounds. Rest 30 seconds between each round. Go hard on the Beast slams and maintain good position during the ladder exercises.

Double Hand Slams // 30 seconds

In & Out Hand Shuffle // 3 reps

Alternating Slams // 30 seconds

Icky Hand Shuffle // 3 reps
