Aly is taking over this week for another awesome full body workout that is great for anyone and can be done at any location. All you will need is the Loop, Toner, and something sturdy to anchor to. So if you’re ready lets jump into it.

The Workout

This workout is short and sweet and sure to light those glutes up. You will have four exercises to be performed for 30 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest. Try and get as many reps as possible in each 30 second time span. To complete the workout repeat these moves for five rounds with as little to no rest as possible.

Squats // 30 seconds

Chest Press // 30 seconds

Lateral Walk // 30 seconds

Squat Row // 30 seconds
