Hacks for an Easy Workout

Mar 20, 2017 | Fat Loss, Training | 0 comments

Summer is just around the corner, which means swimsuit season. If you’re like most people, you may have gave up on that New Year’s goal to get fit and you’re not quite ready for the summer season. But now is the time to recharge yourself and get in shape. To help get you motivated, we’ve come up with some great fitness hacks that will make exercising easier.

It can be difficult to get to the gym at times. If you have a buddy who keeps you on track and pushes you to be better, you will get so much more out of your workout.

A new outfit can help you feel confident enough to stay on track with your goals. Take a picture in that same outfit every week to keep track of your progress.

Creating a workout schedule is extremely useful. Adding it as a calendar event on your phone or blocking out a portion of your day in your planner will keep on track and prevent you from “forgetting” to workout.

This is actually a really great way to get you to workout. If you have a favorite podcast, book or even a Netflix show, you can make plans to not listen or watch unless you are working out. That way working out becomes even more enjoyable!

It doesn’t have to be much. Paying yourself a dollar each time you workout adds up quickly. Then at the end of the year you’ll have over $300 to spend on whatever you want!

You’ll never get bored with your music if your playlist is extremely long. Have several hours worth of your favorite music that way it will take you a week or so to get through every song.

Citrus fruits like Oranges and Lemons have been proven to give you more energy. On top of that they help naturally remove toxins from your body. Also try strawberries, cucumbers, limes and apples.

There are so many great apps out there that can help you keep track of your workout. Using an apple watch or fitbit to keep track of your heart rate and level of intensity can help you keep track of your improvement. Apps like my fitness pal or footsteps are also great ones to checkout.

It only takes 21 days to create a habit. Creating a personal challenge that is attainable not only help you transform you body, but also your habits.
